Requirements
- Solid experience in CRM, preferably in high-growth companies (Scale-ups) or subscription products.
- Mastery of high-level orchestration tools (e.g. Braze, Insider, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Customer.io).
- Advanced data analysis skills (Excel/Sheets is mandatory; SQL or BI tools like Looker/Tableau are significant differentiators).
- Proven experience in retention, reactivation, and LTV metrics.
- Ability to identify bottlenecks in the journey and propose end-to-end solutions without constant supervision.
- Pleasure in getting your hands dirty, from setting up segmentation to firing the campaign.
