Product Designer - Jus IA

Jusbrasil is a tech company transforming the justice system with technology. We're looking for a Sr. Product Designer to act as a strategic bridge between AI systems and user experience, designing end-to-end experiences considering interaction, flows, behaviors, and decisions.

Requirements

• Solid experience with complex journey design and systemic thinking
• Practical experience designing or working with products that use AI, machine learning, or data-driven systems
• Ability to use AI daily to build solutions, prototypes, and flows
• Comfort in working with engineering, understanding concepts like performance, processing, and system orchestration
• Ability to navigate a highly senior environment with little structure and high complexity
