Job Description
We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the evolution of the Skills team, one of the foundational pillars of JusIA. This position has the mission of structuring and expanding the product's skills catalog, defining what the assistant needs to know how to do, in what depth, and how each skill materializes in a useful experience for legal professionals.
Requirements
- Lead the strategy and evolution of the JusIA skills catalog
- Structure skills from scratch
- Design the complete chain of a skill
- Operate close to skill cells
- Work in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Define success metrics per skill and continuous learning mechanisms
- Act as a strategic reference in AI product applied to law
- Navigate in a foundational environment and establish standards
