Requirements

• 3+ years in B2B sales with a proven track record in outbound prospecting and closing deals
• Experience in consultative sales to medium-sized companies and familiarity with shorter sales cycles in small accounts
• Ability to structure commercial processes and set up or improve a sales operation
• Familiarity with Sales Engagement tools, AI, and CRMs
• Clear communication and ability to tell stories with data
