Manufacturing Coordinator DSP

Requirements

• Coordinate and allocate activities of technicians according to the production schedule, ensuring timely and quality operations
• Be the team reference point for any technical or organizational issues, manage breaks, and escalate incidents to the manager if necessary
• Actively participate in production operations and respond to alarms with the manager's support
• Verify the completion of production documents (MBR, logbooks, etc.) and write the activity report at the end of the shift, in accordance with BPF
• Initiate and contribute to quality records (deviations, CAPA) and participate in investigations
• Train new colleagues, follow up on team training, and ensure compliance with training requirements
• Ensure mastery of manufacturing equipment, their deployment, maintenance, and contribute to the introduction of new products or technologies
• Propose process improvements under the manager's supervision and identify deviations or discrepancies
• Maintain a smooth communication with the manager on the state of operations and demonstrate leadership within the DSP team
• Adopt a proactive attitude towards change and manage emotions during transition periods
• Perform any other tasks assigned in line with the position's objectives
