Vice President, IT & Digitalization

The Vice President, IT & Digitalization is responsible for the end-to-end execution of IT capabilities supporting Just-Evotec Biologics GMP-regulated biotherapeutics operations. The role owns both IT strategy and hands-on implementation across Process and Product Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of senior IT leadership experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industries
• Experience with GMP or other regulated environments is required
• Strong, practical track record in computer system validation (CSV) and FDA regulatory frameworks preferred
• Experience operating within or transitioning toward global IT target operating models, including matrixed organizations and familiarity with cyber security requirements
• Proven ability to balance enterprise standards with site-level execution and regulatory realities
• Execution-focused, accountable, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
• Technically credible with the ability to go deep when required
• Pragmatic, business-oriented, and regulatory-aware
• Collaborative but decisive; able to challenge constructively
• Leads from the front—not afraid to get directly involved
