Vice President, IT & Digitalization

The Vice President, IT & Digitalization role is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of IT capabilities supporting Just-Evotec Biologics GMP-regulated biotherapeutics operations. The role requires a senior IT leader with experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industries, computer system validation, and FDA regulatory frameworks. Key responsibilities include defining and executing the JEB IT & Digital roadmap, ensuring 24/7 availability of IT services, and owning IT systems supporting regulated operations.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of senior IT leadership experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industries
• Experience with GMP or other regulated environments
• Strong, practical track record in computer system validation (CSV) and FDA regulatory frameworks
• Experience operating within or transitioning toward global IT target operating models
• Proven ability to balance enterprise standards with site-level execution and regulatory realities
