The Line Cook will support the Lead Line Cooks and Sous Chef in all breakfast, lunch, and dinner prep/execution, overseeing functions of Prep Cooks and Dishwashers, and preparing high-quality meals that meet Chefs exact specifications.
Requirements
- Daily execution of all hot/cold food prep, hot line, and grab & go production
- Assist with execution of lunch daily
- Execute dishes of multiple cuisines from start to finish, with a sense of urgency
- Assist in the receiving and proper storage of all orders/inventory
- Primary lead on tasking and completing opening and closing checklists
- Ensure time, temperature, and labeling standards are achieved
- Participate in daily staff meal production
