Line Cook

Line Cook position available at True Food Kitchen in San Diego, California. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, maintaining a clean and sanitary work station, and following proper rules of hygiene and food safety measures.

Requirements

• Experience in a minimum of one of the following stations: Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, Grill
• At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity in a high-volume restaurant
• Exceptional knife skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Ability to read and execute a recipe
• Flexibility and availability to work nights, holidays and/or weekends
