Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in talent management roles, with at least 3 years leading recruitment teams in the banking, finance, or Fintech sectors.
- Native Spanish speaker with C1 English level.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influence skills at all levels of the organization.
