Responsable Senior de Atracción y Talento (Madrid o Barcelona)

We are looking for a Senior Talent Attraction and Acquisition Responsible to lead the talent strategy in a multinational bank and financial institution. The successful candidate will have a solid track record in the financial and technological sectors and a transformative leadership style.

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in talent management roles, with at least 3 years leading recruitment teams in the banking, finance, or Fintech sectors.
• Native Spanish speaker with C1 English level.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influence skills at all levels of the organization.
