Job Description
This vacancy is for a Head of Private Office and Business Manager to the CEO position in London, supporting the CEO with day-to-day tasks and strategic projects, and managing an executive support team.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience of confidently advising senior leaders
- Operational experience or in-depth understanding of the Parole Board
- Strategic thinking and planning, and ability to scan the environment for potential risks and/or opportunities
- Excellent communication skills: written and oral
- Experience of working within a multi-stakeholder environment
- Ability to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders
- Project management experience
- An understanding of the importance of working in a way that supports and protects the reputation of the Parole Board and CEO
