Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly team, in a fast-paced, customer service environment. You'll be at the heart of our data and reporting operations, developing innovative tools and dashboards, supporting contract management, and providing high-impact insights to senior leaders and stakeholders across HMPPS and the Ministry of Justice.
Requirements
- Design and deliver cutting-edge management information systems and reporting tools.
- Extract, transform, and analyse data from systems like nDelius, OASys, and Refer and Monitor.
- Create compelling Performance packs and dashboards for governance boards and operational teams.
- Provide expert advice to senior leaders on service delivery trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with regional contract managers, performance teams, and national stakeholders.
- Support audits, business change initiatives, and system development projects.
