Job Description
The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) is seeking a Head of Performance Reporting Development and a Head of Civil and Employment Tribunal Reporting and Analysis to lead on producing and implementing performance reporting strategies, developing dashboards and reporting products, and analyzing data to understand performance issues and provide insights to drive improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading analytical work, managing people and/or projects, and knowledge of data preparation, exploration, and analysis. They will also have strong communication and influencing skills, as well as the ability to work proactively with stakeholders and develop business processes and ways of working.
