16488 - Head of Operations - Approved Premises

The post holder will be responsible for operational delivery by the NPS of Approved Premises (APs) nationally. You will have line management responsibility for regional Heads of Public Protection and National Approved Premise teams and will report to the Probation Director for Community Accommodation Service (CAS). You will be responsible for the strategic direction of the APs and need to ensure that performance and quality functions are implemented, embedding a culture of continuous improvement, actively addressing any underperformance. You will have a national budget for the APs and have responsibility to ensure this is adhered to and is auditable.
