Direct Care Staff (Relief)

We are looking for a Direct Care Staff (Relief) to work in our residential and day programs in Waltham. You will provide high quality supports to adults with developmental disabilities and perform daily activities, treatment objectives, and case records.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• High school diploma preferred
• Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities is required
• Availability to cover open shifts as necessary
• Capability to obtain MAP certification
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work efficiently and independently without direct supervision or colleagues present
• Valid driver’s license, with the ability to transport individuals in agency vehicles as well as your own vehicle when needed
