Job Description
We are looking for a Family-Based Intensive Treatment (FIT) Family Partner to convey passion for helping others as part of a small team working with youth and families. The FIT service provides a combination of medically necessary intensive family therapy, robust care coordination, and Family Partner engagement for eligible youth with serious emotional disturbance (SED) and their families.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Applicants must have a minimum of an associate’s degree in a human services field and 1 year of experience working with the target population;
- Applicants should have lived experience as a parent or caregiver of a youth with emotional, behavioral or learning challenges and experience accessing systems for support for your child’s needs.
- Maintains a valid driver’s license.
- Background checks and driving checks will be performed.
