Job Description
We are seeking a Family-Based Intensive Treatment (FIT) Family Partner to work with youth and families in a part-time and fee-for-service position. The role involves providing strength-based peer-to-peer education, coaching, role modeling, guidance, and support services to families in home and community settings. The ideal candidate will have personal experience as a parent or caregiver of a youth facing emotional, behavioral, or learning challenges, and experience in navigating systems to secure support for their child's needs.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Applicants must have a minimum of an associate’s degree in a human services field and 1 year of experience working with the target population
- Candidates should have personal experience as a parent or caregiver of a youth facing emotional, behavioral, or learning challenges
- Maintains a valid driver’s license
