Special Education Teacher

We are looking for a Special Education Teacher to join our dynamic team at Meadowridge Academy, a residential treatment setting for adolescents. The successful candidate will have a passion for helping others and be able to convey a positive approach while working with students. Responsibilities include creating and implementing structured lesson plans, working collaboratively with the Special Education team, and attending meetings with family members and other teams.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• Must be licensed by the Massachusetts DESE for Special Education Moderate Disabilities 5-12
• Relevant experience with grades 5-12 preferred
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting students is required
