Manager, Account Development (Miami, FL)

As a Manager of Account Development, you will be responsible for driving a significant portion of the company's revenue from our existing customer base, help build and motivate a great team, and develop others in a meaningful way. You will have the ability to question the effectiveness of current processes and procedures in order to lead change to increase the efficiency of our sales force.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of sales and/or upsell experience in a closing role
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience preferred
• Multi-language skills are a plus
• You love data - you make decisions that are backed up by the numbers
• You have strong interpersonal skills
• Exceptional written and oral communication skill
