Justworks is seeking a Principal, Health Underwriting to support new business processes and renewal strategies for Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance carriers. The role involves providing subject matter expertise, driving strategic initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Requirements
- 8+ years of progressively responsible and strategic financial underwriting experience
- Proven track record of successfully leading and influencing large-scale, strategic cross-functional projects
- Strong knowledge of other benefit programs (life, dental, medical, etc.) and pricing
