Senior Business Systems Analyst (Workday)

Justworks is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to help simplify, scale, and support their HRIS system - Workday. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on Workday configuration experience, and a proactive mindset to continuously enhance system usability and automation.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar technical role with hands-on Workday configuration experience
• In-depth knowledge of HR systems and technologies, such as HRIS, payroll systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and learning management systems (LMS)
• Knowledge of HR-related processes, employment laws and practices
• Experience with Workday integrations and data exchange between third-party systems (such as payroll providers, benefit carriers, or time collection systems) is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skill
• A customer-centric, employee experience mentality that is eager to resolve questions and issues
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to quickly prioritize in a fast-moving environment
• Self-starter, highly motivated, eager to improve everything you touch
• Excellent writing and communication skills
