Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious store manager who gets energy from team development and achieving targets. As an Assistant Store Manager at JYSK, you have a crucial role in the success of our store, coaching and motivating your team to achieve their goals.
Requirements
- MBO work/level of education
- At least 1 year of work experience in Retail
- Leadership experience (coaching colleagues, conversations about absenteeism and performance)
- Fluent Dutch and some knowledge of English language
- Flexibility
- Results-driven, social, and enjoy a dynamic environment
