Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious store manager to join our team as Assistant Department Manager at JYSK in Maastricht. You will coach and motivate your team to achieve goals, offer customers an unforgettable experience, and contribute to the success of our store. We offer an informal work atmosphere, cool training sessions, and many opportunities to grow into Department Manager.
Requirements
- MBO work/level of thinking
- At least 1 year of work experience in Retail
- Leadership experience (coaching colleagues, discussing absenteeism and performance)
- Fluent Dutch and some knowledge of English
- Flexibility
- Result-oriented, social, and enjoy a dynamic environment
