The Field Service Technician Level II will configure and program devices, oversee system commissioning, and deliver customer training. The role requires leadership abilities and advanced skills in device configuration, project management, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Execute all Level 1 installer roles and responsibilities
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills
- Exhibit a deep understanding of project scopes and service expectations
- Assume leadership responsibilities and mentor Level 1 installers
- Establish and maintain regular communication channels with Project Delivery Coordinators, Project Managers, and customers
- Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities
- Skillfully perform Factory Authorized Testing (FAT) of products
- Demonstrate proficiency in system configuration and commissioning
