The Field Service Technician II will lead installation teams, configure and program devices, oversee system commissioning, and deliver customer training. The role requires advanced skills, training, certifications, and leadership abilities to ensure seamless execution of installations and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Execute all Level 1 installer roles and responsibilities
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills
- Exhibit a deep understanding of project scopes and service expectations
- Assume leadership responsibilities and delegate tasks within the team's capabilities
- Mentor Level 1 installers and maintain high standards
- Establish and maintain regular communication channels with Project Delivery Coordinators, Project Managers, and customers
- Showcase expertise in working with nurse call systems, card access systems, and video surveillance products
- Purse ongoing professional development opportunities
- Skillfully perform Factory Authorized Testing (FAT) of products
- Demonstrate proficiency in system configuration and the successful commissioning of systems
