Field Service Technician Level II - Central Ohio

We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician II to join our team and serve our clients in the Central Ohio area. The Field Service Technician Level II will carry out advanced responsibilities, including configuring and programming devices, overseeing system commissioning, and delivering customer training. The role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of installations and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Execute all Level I installer roles and responsibilities
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills
• Exhibit a deep understanding of project scopes and service expectations
• Assume leadership responsibilities
• Mentor Level 1 installers
• Establish and maintain regular communication channels
• Showcase expertise in working with nurse call systems, card access systems, and video surveillance products
• Purse ongoing professional development opportunities
• Skillfully perform Factory Authorized Testing (FAT) of products
• Demonstrate proficiency in system configuration and commissioning
