Medical Director-Health System Partnerships

Join K Health as a pioneering clinical leader and play a key role in transforming healthcare delivery. The Medical Director-Health System Partnerships will oversee a team providing fully remote, text, and video-based care—both scheduled and on-demand, supported by K Health's clinical-grade AI. The role will be the driving force behind the clinic’s success, providing medical leadership, guidance, and policy oversight.

Requirements

• Become an expert in our AI based care delivery model
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our clinical practice within our consumer and partnership clinics
• Collaborate with Practice Manager to assess opportunities for continued operational improvement
• Lead a partnership clinic, from development to launch, be accountable for the oversight and management of clinic operations and practicing clinicians
• Provide clinical expertise to both internal teams and external teams to ensure that clinical needs and business strategies are met
• Share regular updates and create presentations to the Medical Leadership Team as well as other key stakeholders
• Develop and deliver best in class training for all clinical team members
