Commercial Construction Estimator

The Commercial Construction Estimator will be responsible for professionally representing our client, establishing and fostering positive relationships with internal and external business partners, and executing company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Professionally represent our client and effectively support Company strategic initiatives
• Establish and foster positive long-term relationships with internal customers and business partners
• Execute company policies and procedures
• Cultivate new and existing business relationships by engaging in client pursuits, RFP's, and interviews
• Assume single responsibility for large, complex projects
• Provide overall Preconstruction effort oversight and show ability to lead a project team and project solutions
• Mentor/teach junior estimators all aspects of preconstruction process
• Prepare estimates for all stages of design from Conceptual through Final Construction Documents
• Participate with the Project Manager in award of subcontracts and write all subcontracts before turning over to construction team
• Demonstrate exceptional presentation and sales skills while serving on RFP/Interview teams
