Construction Project Manager

We are representing a highly respected and growing commercial construction general contractor with a strong presence throughout Southern California. Our client specializes in delivering high-quality ground-up construction projects across a diverse range of commercial sectors. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from preconstruction through final closeout.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor
• Demonstrated success managing ground-up commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Experience with commercial construction means, methods, materials, and sequencing
• Proven experience managing project budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively

Benefits

• Up to $145,000 annually, depending on experience
