Job Description
Our client is a commercial general contracting company seeking a Project Engineer (PE) or Jr. Project Manager to assist with current and future projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines, and must have 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
Requirements
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor engineering projects
- Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
- Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements
- Perform overall quality control of the work and report regularly on project status
- Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
