Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management within commercial construction
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
- Proven hands-on experience managing the entire construction process
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations
- Experience in new construction of commercial projects, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered ground-up developments
- Ability to manage multiple projects and crews concurrently
- Code compliance with all building codes, regulations, and best practices related to commercial and hotel improvement trades in California
