Project Manager (Mechanical Construction)

Our client, a leading employee-owned mechanical contractor, is seeking a Mechanical Construction Project Manager to join their San Diego team, responsible for managing mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the company’s high standards of performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing mechanical construction projects, preferably within the commercial or industrial sectors
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to interpret complex technical documents and coordinate across disciplines
