Job Description
Our client is a highly sought after Mechanical & Plumbing Commercial and Industrial Contractor located in the Midland, TX area. They are in immediate need of a Project Superintendent. The Project Superintendent provides supervision and management for work performed on systems ranging in difficulty from small basic commercial installations to large complex projects involving multiple plumbing systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of verifiable experience in the plumbing/piping/sheet metal trades
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable supervisory experience
- Thorough knowledge of plumbing blueprints, specifications and codes
- Thorough knowledge of other major craft blueprints
- Thorough knowledge of all plumbing systems including installation means/methods from domestic water to medical gas
- Thorough knowledge of piping systems including installation means/methods
- Thorough knowledge of ductwork systems including installation means/methods
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to successfully interact with employees and clients on a professional level
- The ability to supervise multiple foremen
- The ability to schedule projects and meet deadlines
