Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator to join their team in Anaheim, CA. With nearly a century of industry leadership, they are known for their commitment to safety, quality, and innovation.
Requirements
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures at job sites and fabrication shops.
- Lead New Hire Safety Orientation for all employees.
- Conduct live training for Competent Persons (Confined Space, Fall Protection, Excavation, Trenching, etc.).
- Document site safety inspections and keep records up to date.
- Ensure safety programs and policies are consistently applied across all operations.
- Investigate accidents, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide on-site safety support during high-risk activities (e.g., crane operations).
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients by demonstrating a proactive commitment to safety.
- Lead by example, coaching and mentoring employees to foster a safe workplace culture.
- Collaborate with the Company Loss Control Team and perform other duties as assigned.
