Sr. Construction Project Scheduler

Our client is a boutique, full-service real estate advisory and construction management firm seeking a Senior Regional Construction Scheduler to support major capital improvement programs in partnership with one of the largest public school districts in the region.

Requirements

• 10 years of full-time professional experience in construction scheduling
• Experience working for an owner or general contractor, preferably within public sector or educational facility projects
• Proven experience supporting large-scale capital programs with multiple concurrent projects
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (latest versions) and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
