Job Description
The Sr. Project Manager (Commercial Construction) is responsible for ensuring projects are tracked to all project metrics such as schedule, budget, safety, quality, and client needs. The position requires knowledge of building construction, corporate policies, and procedures, as well as leadership and administrative skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Work experience in all disciplines of construction (civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing)
- Experience with large commercial projects; healthcare, higher education, corporate campuses, justice, science & technology
