Requirements
- Manage client expectations throughout all phases of the project
- Provide project leadership and supervisory oversight
- Ensure project document control by keeping all documents complete, current, and properly managed
- Manage and prepare cost proposals and change orders
- Develop project budgets and manage buy-out/contracting processes
- Perform project accounting tasks including preparing Owner billings and reviewing/approving Subcontractor progress payments
- Maintain budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage submittals, RFIs, and all project documentation requirements
- Develop and manage CPM schedules
- Oversee project subcontractors, including coordination, procurement of materials and equipment, budget monitoring, and billing management
- Coordinate with architects, designers, owners, subcontractors, and field personnel
