Superintendent (Commercial Construction)

As a Superintendent, you will grow your skills, knowledge, and learn best practices from an industry innovator that is also employee-owned! You will be responsible for the onsite construction of assigned projects, including coordinating subcontractors, managing labor and equipment, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of Commercial and Public Works experience
• Excellent attention to detail and facility with numbers
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a busy job site environment
• Good judgment, logic, and ability to learn new things quickly
• Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, and MS Project scheduling software
