Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee multi-family construction projects in Summit County, supporting operations out of Lakewood, CO. The role requires a strong field leader who can manage daily jobsite activities, coordinate subcontractors and internal crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor
- Experience managing large-scale construction projects, ideally including multi-family developments
- Familiarity with construction scheduling tools such as Primavera P6
- Experience with construction management software such as Procore
