Job Description
As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for shaping, applying, and monitoring HR policy, advising the Management Team and Team Leaders on HR-related topics, and working with the HR Officer to develop and implement HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Completed HBO or WO education
- At least 4 years of experience in the HR field
- Good people skills
- Ability to have conversations at different levels
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of HR
