We are looking for a Senior Account Executive, New Business to join our North Sales team (UKI, Nordic & Benelux) with a specific focus on the UKI region. The role will involve strategically expanding a portfolio of new clients across targeted industries in UKI, leading a solution and value-based sales process, and working closely with various teams to tailor solutions and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Proven enterprise SaaS track record, preferable from the UK market, with ā„100% quota attainment and multiple multi-threaded deals
- Endātoāend ownership of 3-9 month expansion deal cycles, navigating Procurement, Legal, and InfoSec, with disciplined use of MEDDICC to control the sales process
- Proven success in managing and growing a Book of Business, demonstrated success in generating and closing new enterprise logos and securing expansions
- Rigid forecasting rigor and CRM hygiene (weekly commit/bestācase, risks/upsides, accurate product mix) with handsāon proficiency, preferable in HubSpot
- Strong business acumen and ability to navigate large organisations, engaging decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Comfortable in a result-oriented environment where things are moving fast
- A positive, proactive attitude and a growth-oriented minds
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
