As a Recruiter, you will be a key driver of the company's talent acquisition strategy, responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of highly skilled professionals across various departments. This position requires a proactive and strategic individual with extensive knowledge of advanced recruitment methodologies and a proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top-tier talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in recruitment or a related field
- Experience working in the property management or residential real estate industry
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment technologies
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in talent acquisition
