Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring top-tier talent in a competitive market
- Advanced recruitment techniques and tools
- Strong relationships with executive leadership
- Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and present insights to leadership
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
