Job Description
The Senior Talent Partner is a strategic recruiting leader responsible for managing high-impact, specialized, and leadership-level hiring across National CORE. This role blends advanced full-cycle recruitment with advisory support to department leaders, talent pipeline development, and project leadership related to workforce planning, interview training, and recruitment program development.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven success partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions
- Advanced sourcing and talent intelligence skills (market mapping, passive outreach)
- Demonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions without direct authority
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and present findings to leadership
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including initiative, judgment, and team support
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Paycom preferred) and sourcing tools
