Job Description
We create exceptional living experiences at high-performing multifamily communities that deliver long-term value to investors, associates, and the residents who live there. The role of a Service Technician is to ensure that resident’s homes are well maintained, the community is running at its best, and that vacant homes are fully prepared for their future residents.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in apartment home repair
- General carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical knowledge, mechanical and equipment repairs
- EPA and HVAC certifications, or willingness to obtain them
- Knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations
- Excellent customer service and positive resident experience focused mentality
