Job Description
The Service Technician will be responsible for responding to resident maintenance requests, ensuring vacant apartment homes are prepared for new residents, and assisting with community inspections and maintenance. They will also be the Service Manager's backup and perform various community maintenance functions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in apartment home repair including general carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical knowledge, along with mechanical and equipment repairs
- EPA and HVAC certifications, or the willingness to obtain them
- Knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations
- Excellent customer service and a positive resident experience focused mentality
