Service Technician - Luxury Lease Up - The Gild. Seize Your Career Opportunity at Kairoi Residential. Everyday is a new opportunity! In this role, you are next-in-line to the Service Manager and will operate daily maintenance responsibilities under their mentorship and direction.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in apartment home repair
- EPA and HVAC certifications or the willingness to obtain them
- Knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations
- Excellent customer service and a positive resident experience focused mentality
