Job Description
We are Kaizen Gaming, a GameTech company operating in 20 markets, looking for a Technology Manager to lead part of our AI department. The role involves overseeing AI technology function delivery, performance, and quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards of AI product delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 5ā7+ years of experience in a similar leadership position
- Strong understanding of AI/ML product development lifecycle and data-driven systems
- Experience working with cross-functional, autonomous teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance innovation and delivery
