Job Description
We are Kaizen Gaming, a GameTech company operating in 20 markets, seeking a Technology Manager to lead part of our AI technology function, overseeing the delivery and operational excellence of two or more cross-functional AI teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data, ML or AI Engineer
- 5–7+ years of experience in a tech-leadership position, managing AI, Data and ML engineering teams
- Deep understanding of the ML development lifecycle
- Experience working with cross-functional, autonomous teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
