We are looking for a Total Rewards and Organizational Effectiveness Director to lead our global strategy for compensation, benefits, organizational design, and HR cost management. The role involves defining and executing the company's global strategy, partnering with CHRO, HR BPs, Finance, and Divisional Directors, and ensuring full control and transparency over total payroll cost.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of HR experience
- 5+ years in a senior Total Rewards or HR Controlling role
- Proven expertise in compensation & benefits, organizational design, HR analytics, and workforce cost management
